Alvaro Morata came back to haunt Real Madrid, and fire Juventus in the Champions League final against Barcelona.

The former Real striker lashed home after 57 minutes to put his side 3-2 up on aggregate and ultimately seal the tie.

Cristiano Ronaldo had earlier put Real ahead from the spot, after Giorgio Chiellini had felled James Rodriguez in the box.

Casillas 6 - Got a big piece of Morata's strike but couldn't keep it out, great save from Marchisio to keep his side in it.
Marcelo 7 - His defensive frailties were not exploited by Juve, and he was a constant threat going forward.
Varane 6 - Solid enough but none of the marauding runs forward we have come to expect.
Ramos 6 - Didn't look in too much trouble defensively, failed to provide an attacking threat late on.
Carvajal 6 - His fullback partner Marcelo provided more of an attacking threat in the wide areas.
Kroos 6 - Kept things ticking over nicely but never found that killer pass.
James 7 - Won the penalty for Ronaldo, and fired just over from outside the box after 67 minutes.
Isco 6 - Probed all evening and was tidy, without ever really stamping his full authority on proceedings.
Bale 5 - Missed a host of chances, the best of which a close-range header which would have levelled the tie.
Ronaldo 6 - Scored his penalty, but had limited other opportunities. Bale should have converted his inch-perfect cross.
Benzema 5 - Fired an early chance over the bar, struggled to forge a clear opening. Replaced by Hernandez.

Buffon 6 - Produced a smart stop from Benzema just before half time, which would prove to be vital.
Lichseteiner 5 - Struggled with Marcelo all evening.
Bonucci 6 - Went under the radar at the back, usually a good sign. Solid display.
Chiellini 6 - Gave away the penalty, was otherwise solid.
Evra 8 MOM - Colossal all night, provided a particularly important intervention to deny Bale a clear header just after Juve's goal.
Pirlo 6 - Understated, but vitally important in the defensive midfield role. Has a chance of a third European Cup.
Pogba 7 - Did brilliantly to nod the ball back to Morata for the goal, was otherwise impressive on his comeback.
Marchisio 7 - Had a great chance to kill the tie with 20 minutes remaining, but couldn't beat Casillas.
Vidal 6 - Tidy display, played a great through ball for Marchisio but he couldn't finish.
Morata 7 - Suffered a frustrating first half, but took his goal wonderfully well. Disappointing lack of celebration.
Tevez 6 - Typically busy with plenty of endeavour, not too many sights of goal but incredibly hard-working.
